Halfway through the main welding work on the ETL182 pipeline project

5C-Tech GmbH continues mainline welding on the 56” ETL182 pipeline project in Germany.

The approximately 88 km-long pipeline connects the LNG terminals in Brunsbüttel and Stade with the existing gas network of Gasunie Deutschland. Designed to be hydrogen-ready, the project also contributes to the development of Germany’s future hydrogen infrastructure.

With more than 50% of the pipeline completed, 5C-Tech continues to maintain steady production rates and consistently low repair rates.

As the full welding subcontractor to the VORWERK–PPS–Habau–Bohlen & Doyen–Sicim JV, 5C-Tech is providing the personnel and equipment required for the mainline and two poorboy welding spreads.
